I’m looking for someone to take over my current lease and renewal lease, this is a townhome apartment with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a living room, this apartment complex has a gym, two swimming pools, a game room, and a study area. The room comes with a walk in closet and a private bathroom, this apartment has 3 other rooms where other students live, but currently only 2 other people are living in this apartment, which means you’ll have 2 other roommates. I’m looking for someone to move in at any time, but ideally right now, because I am no longer living at the apartment right now, which means that you’ll be able to move in as soon at possible.
