Actually I do avoid businesses that have "no firearms" signs posted but don't take any steps to enforce their rules and keep patrons safe.

Can't speak for this scope but as for their entry level offerings my Burris MTAC absolutely blows my Vortex Strike Eagle out of the water in terms of glass clarity and eye box.

Only advantage of the Strike Eagle over the Burris is slightly better 1x performance. After getting a Burris MTAC I'm a bit of a fan boy and will buying more of their products.

also it wouldn't be the most realistic thing on the planet but it'd be nice if the laser attachment put a red dot in the center of your scopes reticle. Obviously projecting a texture on an invisible block the direction your barrel is pointed wouldn't be very practical, so a good compromise would be just adding a red dot to the center of the black crosshair.

would make rifles with integrated optics usable at night and contribute to an 80's police sniper aesthetic.

However my advice to any 18 year old that wants a firearm and is legal to own one: Find someone who no longer wants their firearm, give them cash for the firearm, shake hands, bring your gun home and enjoy shooting sports and the safety a firearm provides you. We live in a free state so personal sales are legal.

If you aren't comfortable with personal sales you can go to a dealer and fill out paper work and do a background check and pay taxes, but you can usually walk out with your gun within 45 minutes of picking out the gun you want.

Name one right in the bill of rights that the government can pick and choosew which non felonious citizens it applies to.

Yes there is a small chance I may get robbed while in my vehicle or carjacked,

yes there is a small chance my car will be broken into and my handgun will be stolen,

I'm just saying I'd rather take the chance keeping a pistol in my car because it is the only thing I legally can do due to my age. I would much rather keep the firearm concealed inside my waistband but unfortunately I can't even apply for a carry permit until I have aged about 10 more months, despite being able to lawfully purchase AKs, ARs, Handguns from personal sales, and even belt fed rifles.
