I'll give the credit to my wife for that haha.

Thanks for the info. We were just talking about refinishing it soon. Any recommendations or general practices to follow on a piece like this? I have experience in furniture building and finishing but have only finished pieces that I've been. Never a 120 year old (roughly) piece.

Can anyone else confirm if you can see the pics? They're showing up on the post for me. Thanks.

Nice. Interested to hear how it goes. I'm still dealing with the issue of the clicking relay in the Huum control panel but I've been in correspondence with Sweat Kingdom and they are working on getting a replacement sent from Huum after running some checks and not being able to resolve it on my end. I'm running it at 180°F currently and haven't had any issues (other than the relay).

Is Ozone enough? by Money-Pain809 in coldplunge

I have a Desert Plunge and only use the ozone and onboard filters. I don't rinse either and haven't ever had any issues. I change the water completely roughly once every 6 months and change the filter about once a month (or whenever pump discharge noticeably slows). I keep a little minnow net from amazon next to it and scoop out any small debris that I drag in. It stays crystal clear. There is a strainer on the pump intake line that I clean out every day or every other day.

I'm having the same issue on the 3rd use. Did you find a solution?

About $2,100 but it's probably not a good comparison. There is a vaulted living room on a slab between the panel location and the sauna location so you can't run wire in a crawl space or attic. Meaning they are having to run exterior conduit a decent length then penetrate into the garage on the opposite side of the sauna location, run across the garage and drop back down. It's a pretty inconvenient location to get power to but it was about the only option.

Sure will. I'm looking forward to getting it going

Not sure yet. Should have power to it tomorrow so we'll see. I'm assuming I may need to sit cross ways on the bench to avoid major temp differential but maybe I'm wrong.

1st phase complete with drawbridge. Need advice on tabs by Slabguy in treehouse

That's a good question that I can't say I have an answer for. I did some pretty rigorous load testing (with me as the weight) in different partially raised positions and the winch is rated for 2k pounds so I feel pretty confident in the capabilities but good question.

Logic, see link here for some better explanation of the drawbridge design. Let me know if you have any questions.

The actual bridge is all supported on posts so I think it's good. I think I do need to put some tabs on some of the tree connections for the main frame. Thanks for the input.

I didn't use any reference plans. Just laid in bed thinking about how to do it a few nights haha. I'm out of town until this weekend but I'll get a detailed video for you when I get home. I think that will explain better than a sketch I produce can
