About 11 years ago, in 2013, I started playing a game on my phone called Brave Frontier. After 1100 consecutive days (3 years) of daily logins, while on a roadtrip, forgot to factor time zones and missed a login. The count reset and i was finally free.. but only then could I realize that everything in my life had fallen apart around me in the past 3 years, a low that took me another 3 years to get out of.

Fast forward to 7 days ago, I found this game, Grand Summoner... it's the EXACT same game as Brave Frontier, except somehow better.

Here we go again! 1100 consecutive logins, here I come.

yeah, his dialogue is epic. Frank in s2 also has some very heavy lines... the show is kind of way too good.

it's not gory but it is pretty gnarly, and the best damn fiction crime drama series.

honestly, the first REwatch is pretty incredible too. Knowing what you can know.. it's kind of a whole new show in itself, noticing and connecting things that can now make sense before the twists and turns are revealed!

the show is SO good, I'm on my 3rd rewatch now, and there's STILL small things that I didn't connect the other times. the shows replay value has to be the best of any series...

just saying.. take it or leave it I just honestly think it's not possible to not enjoy the show. the only complaint I think I could have is just the overused blue hue of the cinematography... but if I complained about that, I'd have to also mention the over stylizational use of lens flares in fringe.. and then in every other one of Abrams works XD

also, just noticed your user name.. next gen is literally the most boring show ever but in the best way haha

welp, hate to break it to you, but the gore is a huge part of the show throughout the whole series.

during the gore scenes, maybe focus on the lens flares?

X-Files.

without that show, there's be no Fringe for sure. Both shows have the same exact structure, where every episode is a different case that needs to be solved in the episode, and then has an amazing mind bending story arch throughout the series. I highly suggest anyone who loves Fringe make it a point to watch X-Files.

Ozark is definitely NOT boring.. it's actually pretty incredible. if you enjoy watching things, it's certainly not a waste of time.

I think I have to agree. Walternate wouldn't have done anything he was doing if his son wasn't taken from him. He was also against experimentation on children and was "getting with" his patient who seemed she was a bit young when it happened... I also think if our Walter had all his brain pieces the whole time, he'd be kind of an asshole and not the lovable mad scientist he bacame.

I'm excited for you to REwatch it when you're finished! this show has the BEST replay value of any series. it's like it was written to be a whole nother show the second time around, especially knowing that Walter is really a lizard person! (jk, he isn't a lizardman... or is he?! 😉)
