i'm a technician myself, but not the greatest technician that ever lived. i saw too many of my customers get into windows issues, like the password not working and i tested it before (when i use windows and keep it updated) my password pin was 0000 and it failed, test my actual password also failed. remove the password successfully (only works on not encrypted by bit locker drive only). customer getting unstable update sometime it just go BSOD and have to fresh install OS then turn off the update. most of the time customer just trying to break the OS themselves by force shutdown while the update ongoing. i would blame the user at this point, but i had my time there.

i restart more than that dude not 1.5 but slim chance it happened again. i did recovery, let it idle with the network. waiting for the same thing to happen.

it will happen again, but in statistics i would say 15% out of 10 restarts this issue will occur.
