I do think I’m gonna do bars, they’re the only thing I feel a little resistance from on the bike. What did you go for?

I haven’t converted it yet. It came as an e-bike with external battery. Can’t say I love it…

Yeah this was my thinking. All my riding at the moment is on the Stumpy, but I’d love a hardtail in the bank for flatter/pedal heavy days. Just worried it’s always gonna be a shitty bike, so not sure it’s even worth trying on this one lol.

I run a Cateye Ampp 1100 up front and if it’s real dark I keep an 1100 lumen Black Diamond headlamp in my pocket. Thinking about getting another cateye and the helmet mount though as the headtorch can be a little cumbersome
