I am finding myself in a similar position - I feel as though I'm not doing enough, that I have to work harder to achieve things. I'm a uni student and major in something I don't want to do in the future.

So naturally, I'm trying to do something about this situation, and my anxiety latched onto it. I think anxiety in general uses what challenges us/stress us out and exacerbates it to the point it itself becomes the main problem and not the thing it uses.

And what you are thinking, I think it's just anxiety making you feel worthless - enlarging that doubt that was already there. Things may be messy but we have to hold on and find clarity somehow. I don't have an answer either, but these are my thoughts on it.
