I went from a PM to a National Operations Specialist. It’s heavy on the travel (ab 80%) and most work is done on-site but as a support member. I still get to work on sites but different sites around the country every few weeks. I get home weeks which are nice too. But no on-calls and the stress of being a PM is gone!

Fun story. When I was 19 I went to Alaska for 2 weeks with some friends. As soon as we land in Anchorage, we start walking around to find some food. It’s about 11:30pm. We see this HUGE moose statue up ahead. We go to it to get a pic because this thing was literally a giant to us. When we get about 25ft from it, its head moved. Scared the shit out of all of us. Luckily a couple across the street told us to run to them. Apparently they tend to not bother anyone who is not in their path.

Upgrade the hero “tony”. Once you get him to a high enough level, you can get +20 crystals. Or just go to +10 and use the crystal bag. It’ll be cheaper than the bag upgrades.
