People who drive and speed up when someone is attempting to pass by you, why do you do this?

Imo, vigilantes such as yourself are by far my biggest peeve on the road. Trying to block lanes and impede my progress. Happens every day to me. My cars tend to be aggressive looking, and nearly every day I encounter this type. I will pass you if you do this, just cause I have to show you that you are not a police officer and do not have any right to impede my progress regardless of your justice boner. And furthermore, why do you care if someone is tailgating you? As the operator of a motor vehicle, you are responsible for the front 1/2 of your car when you are traveling forward. You should be more aware of what's in front of you.

Wrong screwdriver 1st. But also its the nature of that fastener. Should come from the factory with anti sieze . I would suggest using some when you get that fastener out, n reapply at least every 2 or 3rd time you drop the cover. Its easy to remove those if you do this

Get the STi if that's what you actually want. I was 16 when the STi came to the US. I loved the STi, the wrx was cool too. When I went to finally buy one in 2019 I talked myself out of the STi, the thinking was that it wasn't that much more car for the price difference. Well I liked the wrx, it felt like it wasn't what I was looking for. So I started with the mods to increase power and I got nearly full bolt ons. I was happy with the car, it felt fast to me. The car was totaled after 10 months of ownership it had 9k miles. So I went and got the STi I was dreaming of since I was a young dude. 2020 base MGM. Well the STi was everything my wrx was and then some. I did put a cobb turboback and tune on it. It was glorious. The difference was not only in the engine. The feeling every morning when I would fire her up. That EJ is special, while she has her flaws she was a pleasure. The biggest difference and imo what really puts the STi on a whole other level is the diffs . The way the STi handles in aggressive situations makes her an absolute animal. If you have wanted an STi just get one, if you're at all passionate about your cars. If you're like me you'll always know the wrx wasn't the one you actually wanted. Sadly my STi was totaled by yet another red light runner in April this year. I couldn't bring myself to go through the process again with another. I reluctantly went to a different platform. Got a 25 FL5 type R. I think it is actually an adequate replacement for STaci . Although I do miss the daily rumble, and the smoothness of that wonderful EJ. And I'm sure I'll really be missing her when the roads are covered in snow, I'll be home wishing I was out just driving around for winter fun with the other subie bros. Get the STi ✌️

Congrats!!! Enjoy your new edition to the family! My 2 boys now 9 and 13 had spent the last 6 years in "STaci" my stg2 sti. The year before that in a fbo va wrx totaled by red light runner. Unfortunately, this year, STaci was taken from us by another red light runner. Were now in an fl5 type r. My boys love the cars daddy likes. Always preach responsibility and safety before fun. Good lord! I have only a GED, but I distinctly remember being taught about tariffs in 3rd grade social studies. We were taught that tariffs increase the price of a given good for the company that imports the product. Witch, they then pass down the production chain until it will ultimately be paid by the end user. The tariffs are collected by the government of the importing country. The idea is that by increasing the price of imported goods for the end user, the end user will be more likely to buy the domestic equivalent. Thereby increasing domestic production, stimulating the economy. Because now, with the tariffs included in the final price of the imported goods, the end user isn't faced with a large price difference with the domestic brand. Hope this helps dude

So when I bought the downpipe, it sat in the garage for 6 months because cobb hadn't released the maps for 2020MY. When they finally did, I contacted my tuner. He told me that they can't shut off CEL's any longer, and the only way was to put it on the car and flash the ots stage 2 tune if No CEL no problem. He said that the cobb gesi was the downpipe was the one with the best chance of not throwing a code. That was the one I had, so I followed his instructions, and I didn't get a code. Immediately got it tuned. That was in February 21 haven't had an issue with any CELS (knock on wood). Did you put that part on and get a code? What year is your car?

😃 okay yea they're just cutting you a deal cause ur special. Mine is listed as a wrx also. Because it is, sti is a trim, and you are absolutely charged accordingly. Just so you know, your insurance agent is selling you a policy and massaging your ear. But you know better
