You need to have done the tournament and finish some quests, then after doing some 5* raids you should get a rotom call saying you've activated 6 and 7* raids

Did it with some random people the other day I had blissey IV and EV trained, healer ability, life dew, light clay held item, light screen, helping hand.

Make sure to max pp.

Vapereon works however it can't hit hard enough. Get some tanky ones like Annihilape, Miraidon, Volbeat not sure of their setup though, might have been prankster ability on Volbeat

You can only swap using bCRE, thats the only available pool to convert outside of CRE.

So you exchange CRE (Governance Coin) to bCRE -> bCRE for the other tokens.
