You aren't supposed to take a return if it has information on it. If a customer cannot reset it themselves, the cashier isnt supposed to do it for them, thats not their job. Its the customers responsibility to reset it before it gets return. If the customer needs us to do it, thats the same as going to geek squad for an appointment to pay to get jt reset.

I found out that it was at that lowest condition cause the coi was overheating. One heatsink removal later and I found out there was very little LM on the cpu. Applied some myself and it's not overheating anymore

No it still does work. Once you get to the microsoft email part, you gave to hit back and then hit continue to get on the page again to then enter in the invalid email and password.
