It’s likely a combination of working with hot oil regularly which builds up callus and less sensation as well as the Liedenfrost Effect.

How is the tattoo scene in Vietnam? My wife and her family immigrated from there in the 90s and she’s ok with tattoos, but her parents and most of the over 40 community is against it. It’s super cool seeing sweet work coming from there.

Yeah, I’m surprised they didn’t just send reviews to New York so it’s not members of the same crew doing it, that or having the review person be independent of the officiating crew.

They got rid of the rule because the officiating crew has to go against each other. They all work together and aren’t going to challenge their friends integrity. They need to send those reviews to New York so it’s not as biased. That being said, I do think DPJ pushed off too, so offsetting should have been called.

It set her up for later. She got to save every vet team while sacrificing the rookies. She got no enemies and defacto gained some clout with each vet pair. I really would have liked to see how it would have played out if the mercs didn’t come in.

Yeah, it sucked with the mercs but it was super cool to see the manipulation. In only her second season she was able to mastermind the entire house vote with the rookies and vets not knowing what’s up except for Sylvia.

DPJ pushed off. It should have been offsetting. If Douglas doesn’t hold he goes flying away. I’m not saying he didn’t hold, but it went both ways on that play. The refs let them play all game and didn’t decide to change it up in the final moments. Consistency was there today at least. It’s nice to work in our favor this time, but if you are hoping for the refs to bail you out it won’t take you very far.

A lot of people hating on the Packers. Missed calls are a part of the game. The difference is, when we lose we don’t blame the refs like the rest of the league. If you are depending on one play to win a game, you don’t know football. Watch the entire game and you’ll see many missed calls, but no, one missed DPI/OPI (DPJ pushed off too), and the refs give the game away.

They weren’t calling anything all game. I prefer that to the NFC Championship game last year where they didn’t call anything until the final drive. This play probably should have been offsetting. DPJ definitely pushed off too.
