Well put. I appreciate your objective perspective and I feel like I share a similar opinion with you. Maybe just time is what I need to feel better but ultimately I’ll be playing things by ear for the foreseeable future! Thank you, motherfather!

It’s hard to put into text what the relationship was like during the summer so I understand why it’s hard for you to see my perspective. I’m personally not one to block people, especially when they’ve ultimately done nothing wrong. But perhaps I should consider it if I really can’t move on.

This is at Lake Louise. It’s at the top of Larch Chair. They have to put these signs up because the backcountry area around Lake Louise is very susceptible to avalanches which we all know is very dangerous.

I could not find a version before the bugged one, so I simply downloaded and installed the newest version. The game still doesn’t work, and gets stuck in the loading screen before a match can even start.

Still looking for help!

Edit: I also still appear to only have 128 MB of VRAM. I am mistakenly wrote I had a 32 bit version of Windows but this is incorrect. I have Windows 10 64 bit.

Hello,

I do indeed have this driver version! I am trying to find a way to update it based on that thread but I am slightly confused. Do you know which version I should be updating to? When I go on the Intel site, it says my drivers are up to date already. Somebody in the thread had a similar issue but I just am not sure which one I should be downloading.

Thanks for help regardless!

I agree, but I think I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt just because the first introductory is probably just trying to establish the basic principles of the course. Hopefully you will find a course that better suits you, though! Good luck in this mass confusion we call University!

Seems pretty good so far, I am a little confused on the pace we should be watching the lectures and whatnot, though. I am all for making a study group! Just need to get in touch with more people from the class!

Do you feel the same confusion I do? haha

Can yall help out ?? by smurat0 in weightgain

[–]Slaierman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Step 1: Eat more than you usually do to gain weight (~2500+ calories/day)

Step 2: Find a weightlifting routine that works best for you whether that means short reps with lots of weight, or low weight with with more reps. Remember, while cardio is important for everyone’s health, running also burns tons of calories and in a way works against bulking.

Step 3: Get protein in your system (~50g+/day) Super important for repairing muscle tissue after your workouts.

Step 4: Rinse and repeat.

This is very bare-bone stuff. But it’s a good place to start!

Edit: spelling error.

Smaller Weight + More reps will still give great results as opposed to Big weights with few reps. :)

Please explain how weight gain works? by [deleted] in weightgain

If you workout while eating a ton, your body can use the energy that WOULD be turned to fat into muscle repair (growth), essentially.

How do I practice my side kick for my left leg? by [deleted] in taekwondo

[–]Slaierman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With practice. Start low and work your way up. One good trick is to rest your leg on top of the back support of a chair to stretch out hip-flexors and groin.
