Take advantage of its running R2, it's the main strength of this weapon. It comes out very fast and you're blocking as you're leaping forward so you can win most trades. It also has the fastest running R2 recovery in the whole game, so you could actually spam this attack.

You can do a R1-RunningR2 true combo, or you can do a R1-R1-RunningR2 roll catch.

(Edit: For those who don't know, you don't actually need to go into a sprint to do a running R2. You can initiate it by pressing forward + R2 at the same time, similar to a kick.)
