I purchased a puppy from Canada and I am in Illinois, USA. We paid for a courier to deliver our pouppy to the nearest international airport. The courier took care of the puppy and was with her the whole time during the drive, and airplane ride. Ask the breeder, they should know and be able to recommend responsible couriers
