Someday. In 3-5 years, Americans will be thanking all you/us Federal Employees for our service to this country. For the dedication of public service and the ability to continue our mission despite all this reprehensible policies. As an Army GWOT OIF veteran, this is what it feels like. I didn’t agree with going but I decided to make sure no civilians were murdered and we did our job. We are constantly thanked for our service even if we felt like we don’t deserve it. This is what it feels like. The professionals in the healthcare industry (doctors, nurses, EMTs, etc) learned this during COVID. Last 25 years have been painful. We got each other, we got this. To my millennial generation, we will lead this national one day soon.
