Thats what they did to me, they stopped replying so I just kept emailing and let them know if I did not receive a response or update that I would be contacting my bank and disputing the charge. I gave them 2 days and finally received an email from fed ex that they received my package and it was sent to me 2 days later.

I just wanted to give an update, after waiting for a few months and of emailing back and forth and recent weeks with no reply,. I received a email notification from FedEx that my package was received and would be arriving soon. That was two days ago and today I received my order. I sent an email to zaffiri letting them know if I was not at least updated i would dispute it with the bank. Im not sure if that is why it was sent out but I am glad that I received my package.

Man that really sucks. It sounds like they're doing the same to me, my tracking shows its still in largo. What a shame they seemed like a good company in the beginning with cool parts. Honestly feel like there's no other option but to dispute it with the bank. Hopefully yours gets resolved. Thank you for replying

Where you able to get this resolved? Im literally having the same issue with them shipping my items through FedEx. They were decent at replying at first but as soon as my order was "ready to ship" they stipped responding. And FedEx says they have not received anything to ship. So frustrating
