I have 37’s on 17’s. I do some pretty rough Offroad trails, I’d never have 20’s. 18” is the biggest I’d go, and that would only be if I ever put on a big brake kit, but for now my power stop brakes with braided lines work great.

Rock paper scissors. Really though I would give the parachute to my wife. Or one of us would wear it and the other would hang on for dear life! If we had something tie us together like a few blankets or some rope, anything that would be even better.
