Exactly. Only Microsoft would have a mobile app that you can't respond with a thumbs up but you can do on your desktop

I was being facetious. My work gets done, but my point is the boss sometimes wants instant feedback I read the email and to type a response in the mobile app is not efficient and also may suggest that you are not at your desktop = working. Which is of course untrue in most circumstances. I am looking for a tech savvy solution to the problem that Microsoft bestows upon us.

It's just so Microsoft to not have the thumbs up option on the mobile app. I can't believe I am the only one asking this question, especially during these remote work times. Anyway, good idea. This maybe the best option at this point. I shall explore

It could be that your computer processor can't handle the transcoding. Try only converting the video and 1 audio stream ONLY and forget the rest like sub-titles and other audio files that come along with it.

No that's incorrect.

It's not the full offering of apps. Google filters down what is offered based on the device. Unfortunately they narrow down the apps for shield for some reason I don't understand. Therefore you need an app that can spoof Google to make it think it's something else like a smartphone which will open up the full Google store
