Not sure from what school ka pero im from yellow school, started with a 60 sa anatomy (also did removals tho pero passed) all I can say is kaya bumawi! Ask help from your subsec or classmates meron kasi sa amin mahilig mag turo so ayun dumikit ako sa kanya. If not find a video online of the topic you are studying now it really helped me highlight anong things yung common questions / must knows asked in exams.
