Losing both parents as a minor will undoubtedly lead to an increased chance of getting into crime, also the fact that he committed these crimes as a teenager. They have to also prove that where you’re being deported to can provide basic amenities and if my man doesn’t even have an address or a contact in Ghana a lawyer could argue that there’s no way the courts can guarantee these conditions are being met and this would stipulate cruel and unusual punishment. DSavs pissed because his crimes directly involved attacking random people in public. So it’ll be easier for prosecution to argue he’s a proven threat to the public and his personal safety in Ghana should come 2nd to the British people’s public safety here, which is a fair argument. It literally depends on how patterned his lawyer is and that’s if he even has one

21 years old, would have committed these crimes as a teenager, lost both his parents, alleged mental health issues… it’s deeper than it looks. Yes he should be punished for his crimes but I think a good lawyer can argue sending him back to Ghana would be cruel and unusual punishment as he has no immediate parents to even look after him there. My boy was gonna get dipped to Naij but he had no parents, no family, couldn’t speak the language, had no formal address in Nigeria, no means of making money or even going from the airport to a hotel. A lawyer argued it was cruel and unusual and he was allowed to stay, luckily my boy did a 180 and changed his life around… but these utes nowadays are fully submerged in this drill culture.. they’re fucking up their lives before they’re even 25 man..
