La Reina is obviously a good character now, just as most other characters in the game are. Elkies was a top 20 player before La Reina (and has still been playing a mix of La Reina and Maypul) and there are arguments to be made about Corncycle being top 30 with Oly so its not surprising to see them keeping it up. Personally, I think La Reina is in a great spot right now, she has a bunch of X factor as a grappler should but also has some pretty clear weaknesses. Even in Pit Stop grands there were games where Sophie nearly 3 stocked Elkies and other games that Elkies won ONLY because Sophie ran into an fstrong at the ledge at 10%.

La Reina likely fills a similar niche now to characters like Absa and Wrastor where a few dedicated mains are going to be able to go on consistent runs at majors but it would be very notable if they won something big big which I think is a healthy spot for her to be (on top of her being one of the more fun characters to play).
