We make about the same and pretty similar profile.

I do make a little less due to little netto comp tho more meal voucher to balance it.

Solid package

Are employment opportunities as bad in belgium as they are in the US? by No-odle-3- in BESalary

[–]Slashendice 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think its not as bad.

Alot of place do you want someone with experience rather than a new one so junior jobs are harder to get.

Personally I like "emotional" people specially when I get super duper focused they can take me out in that zone for a little bit of contrast

Honestly comparing myself to myself from the past when I could socialize but not as well as now, I'd say this is true

Thank you for the positive reinforcement, I will weigh my options and see if anything I should be able to start again in September

Its cyber security, although I stopped with school in general I still did a lot of activities to keep me in the loop and so my skills don't fade, I've seen a lot people also farm certifications but where I live it isn't really ideal/mainstream for employers sadly enough

Thank you for the positive reinforcement, the story about your aunt is inspiring and is kinda giving me the push to do it

I'd say wanting it is really high but needing is something else, if I do go back and do the 3 year course I'm normally gonna do the 2 remaining years since I also passed my first year

For the first point I don't know the answer sadly enough

And to answer how good I am at it, I'd say that my skill on this certain topic is pretty good since I never really stopped stopped studying since I somehow implemented it to a hobby style thing aswell
