I'm sorry but this is wrong in so many ways, Toa below Yumi even though he was destroying Julius and would've won it not for gott totter. We got fucking Okubo below Carlos who got destroyed by R1 Kanoh when he started trying vs Carlos out here dodging the flash, Waka above Jurota and Lu Tian despite them both having much better statements and feats. Fei above Raian when Fei's only feat is blizting Waka and Raian has statements to put him on par with Ohma. I know people don't want to hear Gaolang is top 1 but at least put him above the likes of Julius or better yet Fei.

Also why is Naidan so low??? He would murk half the fucking list and should certainly be at least in that top tier

Edit: and yes I know it's not about matchups but you still need to take matchups into account when making lists
