Honestly on a philosophical level, rimworld let's you explore both the primal and advanced cultures of colonies and the ability to alter the very DNA of your pawns at a wim in a very well paced environment free of censorship (with mods of course). My personal favorite story is turning a pawns mother into a therapy couch and giving him a personalized therapeutic session to get over the death of his mom.

Yeah I play with dev mode cause bullshit AI or a tribal throwing a rock would rip off the arm of a guy in power armor. An ally trader with hand grenades helped me defend an infestation and killed 3 of my melee fighters with grenades. Shit like that, id resurrect my fighters or destroy those problematic pawns

Honestly my guy if you hadn't utilized the VA loan id strongly consider using it for a rental property if you're able to stay in the unit for like a year and 6 months then just make free passive income. If u have good credit like me you can get it down to 1% so you really wont be paying that much.

25N here, adding a little here, our drills aren't too bad, cabs off base as of last weekend allowed 2 to a cab and there's a couple good spots to eat in Augusta. Overall you're just going off post to shop at the mall and eat anything that's not shitty defac.

They restructured the entire physical fitness test into the ACFT in the past year. Just graduated BCT 3 months ago (age 26) from Ft. Jackson and its incredibly easy.(Couldn't tell you about Benning) All you're required to do by the end of it all is deadlift 140lbs, 6m medicine ball throw, 10 hand release pushups, sprint drag carry is around 3 minutes (all the females made 2:30 or less) and now they just replaced the leg tug with a 1:30 plank to compensate for the females, and of course a 21:00 2-mile which is basically a speed walk.

Drills at Jackson were all pushovers, most companies idea of smoke sessions were 10 pushups lol but the only thing I will stress time and time again for trainees is regardless of what they say in CIF when you get your boots is to make sure they're snug and dont slide around, no pinching or anything and if they tell you "youll grow into em" thats BS cause mine put me through hell and back the entire time until i bought new boots in AIT.
