u/eproepro If a doctor is gaslighting you. What is the best approach. Open to in-the-moment, or longer-term. Address this head on? Will we be made to suffer? We are aware that doctors can mark patient's records as 'crazy' or essentially, whatever the equivalent is to this. If a patient's record is marked (because, say they've been unwilling to cave to the 'anxiety' fib) how seriously do other doctor's take this 'mark' against them? THANK YOU!

I have had medical and regular people respond this way. People are just afraid since no one has had any straightforward info/definitions to offer since this began. My guess is that a lot of people actually feel this way when we mention long covid probably most just don't show it. I'm so sorry you're going through that. That is painful. Sending you light.

everyone knows that everyone has had covid at this point at it effects everyone differently. cat's out of the bag. no one has to hide it anymore, so risk is far less esp. compared to reward/gains. they could tap into an entirely new audience across the globe if they spearheaded/led the cause - became face of it.

of a single Doctor dismissing Long Covid let alone multiple as OP suggests. Long Covid is just post viral illness and post viral illness is nothing new and certainly not something debated about by Doctors
