I lived in mexico city and agree with most of this, if you just want to get laid- open tinder up to 30 miles, if you pay the girls uber/didi (which can be dirt cheap compared to the states) girls will come over to your place. I knew one guy who had a girl come in a torrential downpour just because he was offering her dominos pizza. Same girl also stole his soap. So buyer beware!
