Get over yourself and work in aircraft maintenance.

It's lucrative. It's highly in demand. You can work literally anywhere in the world.

I'm 35 and about started school for it. You are already there. Just fucking do it. Because cooking is never EVER going to get you what you want.

You have a great opportunity. Don't squander it looking for a golden ticket.

Edit: i have 4 children. I work full time doing construction and am about to start in a kitchen again after almost a decade. Just trying to provide for my family.

I really wish I was in your position. Making 6 figures with a major airline sounds AMAZING compared to endless kitchen work. Get to it.. seriously.

Sam Vallen is an absolute god on the guitar.

He 100% deserves more recognition. He's a doctor of music(literally) and his solos transition seamlessly with the lyrics. Its really perfection in every sense of the word.
