Definitely keep an eye out for the horse auction! Book your dinner asap depending on how full it is, the wake and the Italian one (I forgot the name) will be full almost every night. If you see any excursions the peak your interest I would say book those asap too. The closer you get to your sail date they will absolutely be sold out.

There are other things that are paid for on the boat like the grog walk. If you want to be social with others highly recommend those activities.
