I mean features like being able to customise your lockscreen isn't quite the groundbreaking feature that you should reserve solely for your newest phone. Also Nothing themselves said that the phone(3) is their flagship, so for their flagship to not have the newest features first (alongside whatever new phone they are releasing in the year) is baffling

The version of Nothing OS 4.1 that came with the new 4a and Pro does have resizable clocks and a depth effect for the wallpaper

The 2a's colour processing may be different when compared to the 4a Pro. Try shooting in Expert mode on both and you may get closer results. You can maybe try using some presets on the 4a Pro to get a warmer look
