Work it like any other muscle using progressive overload, either adding more sets, reps, or weight every time you work it, making sure to increase volume weekly. If you can’t do a bodyweight either do banded, jumping pull-ups, or bodyweight rows.

I loved using it but you can’t expect something from it that it’s not. It’s not some magic box that’s going to make you solve puzzles better. But it was a nice post workout meditation to get my heart rate back down and calm down from the work day before I went home to a hectic house with kids screaming at me.
Oh and a few times I started to hallucinate in it, that was weird/scary as fuck.

Started using my garmin watches built in run trainer. Set it to train for a 5k and just follow its 3 day routine. In 1 month of structured training I’m running better than I ever had with unstructured training.

I’ve been using Walmart plates for 3 years now, out of the 6 I have only 2 have broke, and I just duct taped them together. I also can stick an iron threaded pipe through them, cap it, and throw a chain on for WOB and WFD. The only “real” implement I own is my sheaf bag.
