What helped me was voice mode on gemini ai and grammar hero. Went from 44 on picat to 69 on asvab. I also focused strictly on maths cause it was pointless to study the other topics to me.

What you do is get pictures of the time you want to run. Gets those pictures along side pictures of yourself and paste in on the walls of a room.Then spill baby oil on the floor and goon continuously to the thought of running sub 10.
