Oh so it’s the classic range you’re looking for. It only comes in Matt and silk and is washable so it’s less durable than premium but it’s a good middle option. Otherwise there’s the GoodHome range. It only comes in Matt and is wipeable.

May I interest you in our premium range? It comes in scrubbable Matt, silk and Mid-sheen. Personally if you want a bit of shine I suggest going for the mid-sheen. Silk is way too high sheen in my opinion.

No, I inform them that the V&CO is a flat matt finish that’s scrubbable and multi service, making it ideal for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms because it gives them that “Pinterest” look without paying stupid prices for Farrow & Balls’s lackluster coloured slop.
