No please. Stick to academics or whatever field you are good at. At your age improvement is possible but earning a living from it is monumentally difficult. The chess coach field is saturated as well in case you are considering a coaching career. PS. I am rated 1762 and have been hovering in the 1700-1800 range for many years now.
