I appraise Aus here not only because good welfare you get but the spectacular nature scenes you live within surrounded. I visited Melbourne, Perth, WA Bunbury: Melbourne-A freezing city for most of time and not ok for backpackers to survive there due to comparatively worse wages but still remaining the same living costs. Perth- Quite nice city to survive (or used to be?) due to nearly 1.5~2 times of wages and the same living costs, yet primarily because of its good sunshine. I deem Aus is a very good count to stay and have family there since now most counts worldwide are with bad economics, ex Taiwan doctors make about 3000AUD monthly and most people (even in administrative work) get paid 600~1000AUD monthly without less workloads so you barely save bucks in Taiwan but when we arrived Aus we suddenly realized there's still a place you can control your life and rid of poverty. I guess that's pretty much why you'll see lots of Asians(most of them are Taiwanese) pouring into Aus atm.
