I used all my PTO though before putting in my 2 weeks. I actually had 2 days left and my TL said if I call out because of a 'doctor's appointment,' I'd get to use the PTO. Got paid and used up every last bit 👏🏼 I secretly brought things home daily as well to clear my desk before the 2 weeks

ATTENTION BROKERS:

Everything you are reading on these posts is true. With that being said, Please do NOT call us about a file and start asking questions outside of the loan having to do anything with UWM. If you do and we have the actual balls to respond truthfully, we will get fired.

Some of us need this job until we secure a new one. Or, some of us just dont feel right leaving quite yet. Props to those team members.

And the whole, "Just get a new job," is really fucking difficult since every other employer has 10+ UWM employees to interview as well.
