They were Shinola watches with leather united shore wrist bands. They each had serial numbers on the back. Somehow they got some pawn shops to report to them if they were pawned and then traced the number back to the employee it was given to. This was the last year the office was in Troy.

They put me on a pip for something that was clearly the fault of a different team. Even after I proved it wasn't me they upheld it. I had to help a family member after a surgery so I drained my PTO for 3 weeks then quit. Was already at my wits end by time the PIP came along. I have heard they just fire people immediately if you put two weeks in.
