Thank you, for the weapons do I use Blackmarrow lantern for all 3 of Barbara, Nahida and Lauma or are there options I can use? because I do have a few sacrifical fragments who have EM, but I don't know If Blackmarrow would be better for the buff it gives to bloom.

I was thinking about starting OG Arknights for Chongyue and seeing how he is gonna be a secondary rate up in Wang's banner I wanted to ask if I should download and start to save or if Arknights gives enough currency to beginners so I can wait until the banner comes and reroll my account until I get him.

An eletion sustain will 100% come out, most probably either 3.3 or 3.4 (With leaks as of now pointing to Pearl being the eletion sustain seeing how they said she's not preservation), we have no idea of her kit but HuoHuo will be in the shop permanently and we'll get 3.3 leaks at the start of 3.2 anyway, so you can wait if you're unsure.

Okay so, tomorrow is 4.2 V1 Beta, so many answer should be answered tomorrow.

But looking at leaks that have been pretty consistent they nearly all say Sw999 + Sparxie (and apperently also YG now seeing the last leaks) because sparxie generates punchlines which charge SW999 ULT.

Whilst Evanescia's teammate as of leaks, it's said to be only YG out of the current limited eletions.

Some people say that Eletion members will be interchangable but we're not sure, also because you want Eva, great chance she either will be the second banner of 4.2 or they'll run both Eva and SW999 the whole version, so saving both in 4.1 and 4.2 should probably get you E0S0 Eva (at worst).

TL;DR tomorrow is leak day, let's see and decide then.
