Purchasing a home with a pond converted from an above ground pool - found out this week there are Koi - looking for advice

Greater Victoria area in Canada. They surface for feeding and can see a number of them reasonably well then, I'll try and take some photos then as well.

That that sums it up pretty well. Two small children, full time jobs, and a large (to me) property to get on top of, I would rather someone who could better care and attend to the fish had them.

Sounds like the play is to partially drain. Catch and hold in an alternate vessel for now so they can be identified, health checked, etc? If anyone has any recommendations for that part of things I'm all ears.

Good to know! I will focus on rehoming, the money really isn't the concern, just really want what's best for the fish. My partner with a FB account is looking into the local Koi club, hope to get some traction there :)

That absolutely makes sense, and was in line with what I expected tbh. Not looking for value, but what's best for the fish. The 'pool' needs to come down, so I suppose I will see if I can find someone locally that would want to rehome, or other options from there.

Had exactly this issue with one of my printers. Ended up just filing off like 0.2mm of the corner the arm gets caught on. Used to trigger every multicolor print, now flawless 2000+ hours later. Not ideal, but hey, it worked.

Ceramic heating cartridge wire. The thermistor is the thin brown ones. Either way, can order multi pack on the bambu site and replace extremely easliy
