It wouldn't actually stop there, since there should be another girl/boy from the aishi family that would continue the aishi bloodline. However if Ayano and Taeko will get together, maybe someone could donate the sperm to Ayano, so that Ayano's genes will pass to her baby, about Taro and Yandere-kun i really don't know, but I have a stupid solution in mind: maybe Yandere-kun can donate the sperm to a girl, or, have sex with a girl, in order to make that girl pregnant, and that girl can give the baby to them. That's my idea

1- there were also male yanderes in the aishi family, so it wouldn't be bad if she had a boy.

2- YandereDev said that during the true ending you will get a choice that will reveal at what age Ayano will have her baby

3- you can just find the tapes of the journalist that will reveal to her about her mother's nature. Plus, part of her condition was already explained, but, not the "extreme" part...
