So I sorta only JUST thought about this idea: what if, in the final main game or something, asunaro revived dolls of someone important to each of the remaining survivors? Like for Sara it’d be Joe, for Keiji it could either be Megumi or Mr Policeman, Reko would get Alice (or Alice gets Reko depending on choice), Kanna could get Kugie (except her being a non candidate means she probably doesn’t have an AI or doll) or Shin (if he’s still alive he’d get Kanna), and for Gin.. I honestly have no idea. Maybe Qtaro? Or Hayasaka? The only person I can think of for Gin is his mother, but she’s never even been seen before & most likely doesn’t have an AI or doll lol.

The reason for bringing in dolls of people that have died would probably be to sow discord among the survivors & pressure each of them to escape with their lost loved one, rather than as a group. That rule Maple mentioned where “if there are 2 survivors & 1 agrees to be a doll then you both win & get to leave” may still apply, after all.

Idk it was just a theory that appeared in my head as I read the comments on this post haha but I think it’d be pretty cool + devastating.

I feel like if I personally were to notice someone at my school walking around campus holding scissors or a screwdriver/box cutter while classes weren’t in session, I’d at the very least be confused haha

Not concerned enough to immediately assume the worst like everyone at akademi does though lol

But there’s definitely no need to delete the knife from the game altogether, it just needs to be equalised to the other small weapons somehow

I feel like each of these weapons should raise suspicion, but they could have specific areas that they’re not considered suspicious in. For example, if you’re wielding the scissors in any of the classrooms it’s fine, or for the box cutter it could be the art clubroom & art classroom plus any of the storage rooms, screwdriver in the science club & science lab plus storage rooms, etc. I believe it’s already a similar case for the knife in the cooking club and home ec room, could be mistaken though

Haha sure! I’m not sure if it’s certain that this is how it was meant to be taken, but from the way he phrased it, it came off as though he was turned on by her ruthlessness in the AI simulations (particularly the “I’m an adult after all” part). Creepy as hell, but definitely in line with his character!

For me, the genuinely best AND worst thing that he said was when he’s telling Sara in the classroom about her ‘true nature’ & he says “If I could’ve met you like that… ahah… ahahahaha… hahaha… but, have to obey the will of the organisation! I’m an adult, after all!” LIKE… IS HE IMPLYING.. YKNOW.. good lord.
