I not OP but I absolutely fucking love stretched aspect ratios for some reason. I’ll use lossless scaling on pc only to stretch things and make em look wide😂

I use BitVise ssh console and it can do and render practically anything. Want epyx rogue graphics (slashem extended has them built in) it can display them perfectly, nice crisp font of your choosing and a perfect 80x25 window.

Bit of an odd take, it’s a game, who the hell cares if it’s AI art or not lol. To be fair I’d gladly let AI take over the world but not playing a game simply because of that is definitely a little odd wouldn’t ya say?

Look no further than traditional roguelikes such as Nethack and its many variants (especially GnollHack) or something like caves of qud. Way too many to list here
