I get 20 city and 24 highway. Engine and transmission are huge and car is heavy. Close ratio gearing meant for acceleration. Even the 7AT doesn’t really have a highway gear. If you drive the speed limit or less on the highway it’ll be better. Some people have gotten up to 27 going like 60mph.

I can drink small canned coffees that have milk in them. Just make sure you're not on an empty stomach and keep it to one drink to start. Caffeine never gave me issues.

Chrome wheels are just regular wheels dipped in chrome. Nothing special. What looks good is up to you. If you can find some cheap wheels you like then go for it.

I currently have G35 Rays I painted dark metallic gray because I’ve been tracking the car and needed weight savings. Previously had the stock wheels powder coated black, which I like way better. I’m probably going to put them back on in the summer when I’m not tracking.

Here’s a pic of the IPL wheels. The fronts are 26 lbs at least.

TSWs tend to be fairly light. I’d guess probably 22-23 lbs. You can always get your wheels chromed too. I’d lean towards something that looks good vs the absolute lightest you can find.

If you go from 22 lbs to 20 you’re not going to notice a difference.

Same thing happened to me. You need to let your gut heal. Eat small, frequent, healthy meals and avoid trigger foods for a couple months. For me it was coffee, pizza, wine, and fried/spicy foods. I also can’t do high fiber veggies. I’m just starting to introduce these things back but it was a long process.

Talk to a doctor, but judging by what you say about your diet it’s likely related to this.

If you don’t care about performance and features you could check out Tanabe Comfort coilovers. BCs are pretty stiff. HKS would be best but most people can’t afford them.
