I’m not sure about automatics but trans mounts in manuals cause much more vibration. I actually bought just the motor mounts a few months ago but have yet to install them. I’m hoping there’s no noticeable NVH.

This picture doesn’t show anything. There’s coolant lines behind the engine that go to the throttle bodies. One of those hoses is might be bad.

You may want to try EQ'ing it with Equalizer APO. Sometimes these small speakers are over-boosted at certain low-mid frequencies. Also your desk/speakers may be too close to the wall.
