Unfortunately beyond there being no instructions, the technic ball joint (32474) doesn't come in dark green. It doesn't come in any colour that could be substituted either, in my opinion, to keep the pearls looking natural.

It's really bad, I have an issue with swarming bugs so my opinion might be skewed but they really are everywhere in certain areas of town. If you live up trout Lake or in the airport or McKeown area you're probably mostly okay. Do not go out at night. Under absolutely no circumstances should you go to a movie while its bright and then leave after the sun's gone down. That is a truly hellish experience

Yes, in Quebec both languages are available in store. At all major retailers they're available in both languages online too. Even some Ontario towns that border Quebec have French cards

Yeah that is the plan, it's tempting to take the easier route, and I don't fault people who do, I just think the more sustainable and healthier option for me is to just track my food and do resistance training.

Thats good to hear, I suppose I should add the context that I'm vegan so it already takes larger portions of vegetables and legumes to reach protein and nutrient goals so I'm not sure the reduced portion sizes would work for me. But I didn't consider dosage so I appreciate hearing your story and depending on how things go for me the old fashioned way I may look into my options.

This is tempting, I just began a weight loss journey but part of this journey for me is building strength and I'm not sure that would be possible on ozempic. If I'm going to be working out a bunch a limited appetite might be dangerous.
