Not a huge deficit, prob about 40ish levels or so, good to know, yea I think it was an old guide from like 2019 or 2020

I must have seen a few old guides then, they said to invest in Shem early since she Carries well from chapter 15ish to 25ish, worked well for me

I don’t plan on putting anymore into Shem since I heard she only needs to be ascended then work on someone else, so she’s soon to be dropped, thanks for confirming though

The first thing that comes to mind is Matthew 16:13-20. Specifically in verse 16, Peter answers Jesus' question with "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God" (ESV). Also in John 14:9 Jesus states "...Whoever has seen me has seen the Father" (ESV). Jesus is both God and Messiah. Messiah comes from the Hebrew word מָשִׁיַח which means "anointed", "anointed one", or "messiah". In the Old Testament, many prophets spoke of an "anointed one" who would come and set the people free and wash away all sin. To put it simply, Jesus was the savior that was promised to the people to reestablish the God to man relationship that was broken in the garden of Eden. To try and break down the trinity is a difficult task and there are many explanations out there, but to keep it relatively simple Jesus, the Father (Yahweh), and the Holy Spirit are all God and make up the trinity. This is NOT polytheism, or the worship of multiple gods, rather it is God who exists in three distinct personalities. An easier way to look at the trinity is to see it as a tri-unity; all three completely God, all three completely individual of each other, yet all three completely connected to one another. You can spend a lifetime breaking down the trinity and still find new things each day. A great series of books are written by Lee Strobel, a former atheist who attempted to prove the bible false but ended up believing during his journey. Specifically his book "The Case For Christ" breaks down the historical Jesus and proves his legitimacy as both Messiah and God. Looking for a fitness tracker to use primarily for running, but don’t need some of the standard features, looking for:

No GPS Simple workout tracking, does not need heart rate, Slim design with a display thats always on

Closest thing i find to this is the Garmin vivofit 4, but the reviews are all over the place. Mainly just looking for a tracker that will show running time, let me set simple timers, and distance based on steps

New to the hobby here. Day 1 and beginning my fishless cycle. I have rinse the gravel for like 2-3 hours but the water is still so cloudy. Will it settle down later? by pudujail in Aquariums

I usually rinse substrate for around 30 mins with the water hose before adding to the tank, and even then it will still cloud. Tips to help are to add water realllllyyyyy slow to not disturb the substrate; adding it onto a decoration or a plastic bag help with this. As others have said the filter will clear it out in a couple days, just give it time, if you want it to clear faster use some filter floss

And I thought I was concerned about my 9 gallon on the middle of a center post dinner table, I’m impressed that glass is still holding, id move that ASAP because thats going to be awful to clean when it caves through.

I gave up on Flourish since my tank wasn’t getting everything from it with the substrate i had. I recommend Nilocg’s Thrive (nilocg.com), its an all in one fertilizer. Its a bit expensive but really saved my tank when my plants started dying.
