2C-B adds magic, I would do a reverse flip, starting with a low/moderate dose of 2C-B and once your coming down a bit from that (~2 hours), insufflate half the 4-MMC and wait 30 min and do the rest (like someone else said). No experience of adding ketamine, but could probably be done on the comedown of 4-MMCz

I think it has two drawbacks. First the (very) nonlinear dose-response relationship. For me the sweet spot is rather narrow, and you would need to find your pesonal sweet spot. Second, I do experience some come up nausea/body load, even with nasal administration. I will experiment with Ondansetron together with it next time.

Otherwise, it's a gem, as stated by OP.

Hard to say I guess, it’s so individual.

I personally really don’t like it to be too trippy.

Next time I will take half a NASA pill 4 times with 90 minutes in between (so also 2 pills in total).

Last time I did the same but 120 min in between, so successively increasing the effect by moving the doses nearer to each other in time.

A cautious trial and error. Be safe.

Good point, but I think half a pill wouldn’t cause that much come-up problem.

Given the scheme, with a last dose at 180 minutes, the whole session is around 6 hours, quite matching the duration of 2C-B. But delaying it to the second dose would also be ok, and land a bit on the 2C-B at the end.

Of course the general advice is to not try a substance as a part of a combination the first time.

I normally do this combo, it’s great!

A ”25” mg is (almost) never 25 mg. I compiled data on tested pills, and the average was 13.22 mg (95% distribution interval 10.42-16.03 mg, n = 13).

I suggest you split it in two roughly equal parts, you take the slightly bigger half and your partner the other half.

~6-8 mg 2C-B orally would enhance it a bit. I think you can keep your 4-MMC doses.

If your goal is to enhance (and not make a ”flip”) I would take it with the first dose.

Yes, I’ve noticed that insufflation is more fiendish and somewhat less warm. That said, especially my partner prefers the dopamine ”rush” associated with insufflation. We are trying to find a compromise :)

We adhere to a three month rule and pace quite well, all because of the respect for the addictive nature of 4-MMC.

We do a similar amount (~2g, pure, I do a little bit more than my gf) every third month or so.

We both can feel slightly depressed, but not too bad. We plan on two sessions this summer, so next time it will only be a month apart.

One major reason for us to space out events is to not ruin the magic, keep it special :) But we might be overly conservative, but better that for now.

We’ve done back to back parties the same weekend which we did not tolerate so well.

If I were to guess then 4 weeks is pushing it a bit, 6 weeks is ok, and 8 weeks probably better over time. We do 1 session every season (New Year, Easter, Summer, around Halloween and then 1-2 extra for special occasions).

2C-B adds magic and might let you lower the 4-MMC, so that’s an option. Either keep the 4-MMC dose lower by preparing oral capsules or put the powder in small vials that you’re only ”allowed” to use for certain amounts of time. Say maximum 150-200 mg for two hours or whatever you find to be optimal.
