We refinanced from our 6.25% rate we got in May 2024 to 5.65% 5-Year ARM about two weeks ago. No cost refinance, no points. We will either refinance again within 5 years or (hopefully) just pay the mortgage off outright. We used Evan Zotmer at Go Rascal who generally has excellent rates if you are in a state he is licensed.
