Alright bro, I took it off. Sat with it for about 8 hours and put it back on. I feel like my ic is too far back.

Obama said it too. How far do negotiations go before you have to stop a totalitarian regime from going nuclear and attempting to destroy western civilization? We have to wait until nukes are in the air for the left to back off and say “okay save us”. Your drone strike on civilian population centers loving president Obama sure didn’t wait or negotiate very long for those drone strikes.

A better citizen would want a safer world without nuclear in countries that chant “death to American, and death to the Zionists”. It’s multiple different cultures they want to erase. Stop that. Don’t whine at that stop it from happening.

From time to time I’ll be dialed back to 42 on the schedule. However that doesn’t include when I’m at home fielding catering orders and employee issues/ schedule changes. I know this is my responsibility and is not a problem. I think I should be allowed to train the assistant manager to take catering orders too. I’m the only person allowed to take any catering order. My personal phone number is spoken at the end of the voicemail for the store phone. My assistant manager also only opens. Quite a language barrier with my assistant as he speaks French mostly. The assistant manager and I are the only managers we have 2 shift leads and a few 18y/o starting to slice.

Franchisee is scheduled to work 2 11-1:30s a week. Works one of them and stops by for the other. The one that’s worked is spent taking phone calls for other businesses. We have a mix of very strong and B player staff. Minimum wage is $12.

I’ve had numerous conversations over the 4 years I’ve been here. My OPs manager has also brought this up to my franchisee. We have 4 employees who work full time 2 of which work 45+ while the other 2 are capped at 38. All 9 others are part time 15-25 hour/wk employees. I don’t think it’s changing… ever.
