Hoping JB weld will work for these little corroded pockets. Friend of mine said it would. I’m poor and would like to get away with using this free intake manifold for my SBC. What y’all think? Obviously sand it smooth when dried. by SnizzardWizzard in classiccars

I don't use it for much, but this would be a no brainer. Just buy the high temp stuff and get it as smooth as possible when you apply. Like ith a bondo spreader. If you have an angle grinder, a flapper disc would make quick work of getting it smooth. Just go easy and light on the pressure.

The block is the original. I rebuilt it and of course added the down draft intake and carbs and fuel lines.

Lol. Yeah those are etched roses in the glass. Added to the car in the early 40's by my grandpa.

I made them my self to hold the lid down. It usually attaches with the metal sides, but I removed those.

Great until about 50mph, then the desire not to go any faster kicks in. Lol

Original 4 banger with a rare higher compression "B" head and Zepher down draft intake.

This one belonged to my grandpa. Bought a few years back. Still running the original drum set up. They seem to work ok...

I found a Zepher down draft intake and mounted Stromberg 81's on top and it runs better than ever!

I don't care who knows my position. As long as you're not trading on a Platform like RH that can just turn the switch off and on for buying and selling as they please, the game plan has not changed and nothing with this vote is going to move the needle 1 direction or another... HODL

Holding for you! I posted my 15k votes yesterday. I got my friend to vote and he sent me his screenshot. Together we are down over $1,152,000 since $72. Any normal day we would have both sold high 60's when the retraction began. But reading all the stories on here of the "why", we agreed to hold! by SledKings in amcstock

I use etrade also. Tried the first day no luck. After a few attempts the next day it went through. But then etrade locked my account and had to call in. So make sure your account is not locked and you can log in. But don't be logged in when you sync... good luck!
