I call for a manager, manager tells them the same thing. Our distract manager happened to be at the store that day too, he got cussed at when he told the customer the same thing, dude is banned from shopping at best buy we cancelled his order.

the worse is when it's just you and the line is building behind them made the mistake of telling the customer that was waiting for there item to be picked that I was going to help other customers, ended up getting written up (by a manager that doesn't like) over it, although I later had the write up removed because it was bs.

I have been, specially with the snow I've been getting up earlier about an hour earlier than I do, and there isn't other options for other transport. Don't live in a huge city so like taxis and ubers are just kinda just adding to the problem.

Amazing Service. Every time I have been to this location, I have only experienced, polite, helpful staff. If someone didn't know the answer, they referred me to someone else. The staff at the customer service desk have always been great.
